Well, that was quite the ride. About 638 miles ahead of the next-placed rider currently, although of course anything based on tracker data is a highly inexact science.

• #2628
Even with tracker error it’s a decent margin!

bounching dot!

• #2630
It's not over until the little dot bounces.

It's probably too early to ask, but ... will Hayden-Zeinab-Allegaert* ever happen?
* Names arranged so they scan.

Man. Imma go keep doing laps of Norton Summit like him ...
-
• #2633
Never too early, it needs to happen and I'd favour our boy skinny every time.

Will Kristof race anyone again...?
No sign of it so far. Mike's death affected him a lot; maybe it has put him off completely. -
• #2635
It's understandable...

The guys at the finish are super cool. I still need to send something to them for their help and hospitality last year.

Quite interesting interview of Abdullah before the start: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=605939649926625

Obviously, the question on everybody's minds is: When will Samuli do the TABR?
-
• #2642
Is this the same Samuli that just did bottom-to-top Finland record? :-D
-
• #2643
He would rock it. Top 3 contender.
-
• #2644
Obviously. I am interested.
-
• #2645
Yeah, hi. I was riding somewhere in Lapland when hippy had posted that video.
-
• #2646
So, this is still going on, you know?
Keith is 75 miles from the finish. No real changes behind. Lea still in 10th with 400 miles to go.
-
• #2647
50mi.
Such gap. Much dominate.
-
• #2648
Keith is 16 miles out and should probably finish in a little more than an hour, perhaps an hour and a half, depending on how fast he's still going at this stage. He has 200 miles on Omar in third.
-
• #2649
Apparently Jani Simula is riding somewhere behind Omar, but his tracker is dead. https://m.facebook.com/groups/524758520982933?view=permalink&id=2258379067620861

Keith finished sometime last night. Omar's now about 30 miles out, closely followed by Peter Jackson 20 miles behind. Another five riders could finish today. The next one along from them is Lea, who has 140 miles left and would be tenth if she was the next one after those five, but she could still be caught by Tom Wick.
Very low-key arrival in light rain with a lovely little welcoming committee.
