2016: didn't Trump only win because of 30,000 votes split advantageously across 3 states?
-

Can’t take credit for it I’m afraid. I only added the debate bit.

It'll be a chapter in the book

I suppose not being white is no barrier to being a fucking idiot.

I think so.
It was the way the undecided fell that clinched it.
Curious to see in the post analysis whether Trumps increased number of total votes correlates to the overall increase in voting turnout. Ie did people who wanted to vote for him but cba vote this time, or did he win "new" voters.
Also on the demographics, it's important to remember that a significant proportion of Latinos will have come from countries where socialism is synonymous with dictatorship. So when they hear that Biden is socialist, their minds don't jump to a Scandinavian hygge.
Probably why Bernie S. will never get a look in.

I'm suffering badly with hope.
I just pondered the look on his treacherous face if Maine, Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania all go to Biden.
Imagine it.
Now scrub your mind blank and start panicking again.

I'm suffering with how fucking insufferable he'll be if they don't.

Yeah, there seems to be a lot talking about absolute numbers. Given the talk of record high voter turnout it seems a bit odd to focus on instead of relative numbers.

CNN has Wisconsin to Biden.. Nearly over?

Catching up with BBCR4 PM.
Evan Davies interviewed Anthony Scarramucci.
The short lived Trump administration insider seemed to be opining that
Mitch McConnel will be only too happy to throw Trump under thus bus
if the voting figures in the remianing states are ratified by the state officials.
Trump has served his purpose, 3 Conservative Supreme Court judges,
400+ state level conservative judges,
and a good enough turnout to save the Senate.
A Biden presidency can forget any of the progressive plans,
statehood for DC and Puerto Rico, expanding the Supreme Court,
expanding Obamacare,
or,
even winding back most of the damage the Trump administration have caused. -

Trump campaign is filing a suit to stop the count in Michigan because they say they weren’t given access to counting locations to observe the count.
Wisconsin officially called by AP for Biden
-
• #11467
248 - 214 as it stand.
-
• #11468
Seems odd that trump would want to stop the count in Michigan, Biden’s currently ahead in the count.
-
• #11469
Trump's behaviour re calling his victory then suing to stop the counting beggars belief, even by his standards.
when he said a week or so ago that the only way he'd lose this election is if it was stolen from him nobody wanted to take it seriously....but now it seems he was chillingly serious.
how can so many people in the cradle of democracy support him? -

Does that include Winsconsin? BBC currently at 227-214
-
• #11471
I might be wrong. But I don’t think auntie Beeb uses AP as it’s source for the running total. So no.
-
• #11472
Don't think BBC are including WI or AZ in their totals.

Big vote dump in MI.
Biden has a lead of 37,965 with only 54,000 estimated votes left to count. Expect it'll be called any time soon.
