Peter fucking mandelson on channel 4 news "well this begs a very big question"
cretin.
-
• #16503
That begs the question: did you go straight to twitter?
-
• #16504
Traffic jam in the no lobby.
-
• #16505
banned innit.
-
• #16506
Ooooof
-
• #16507
202 vs 432 - ouch.
-
• #16508
Now fuck off.
-
• #16509
That’s a gubbing in anyone’s language.
In normal times, she’d resign on the spot.
-
• #16510
HURRAH bring on the no Brexit.
-
• #16511
Not sure if true, but reading the worst government defeat in parliament history. I hope it's true.
edit Corbyn just answered - since the 1920s
-
• #16512
Well she is the worst Prime Minister on record.
-
• #16513
'Nothing has changed'
-
• #16514
I'm glad to have been so completely wrong.
She should obviously resign immediately now, but ...
-
• #16515
Not much sleep for a lot of people tonight.
-
• #16516
'Strong and stable' or 'Tory/DUP = Coalition of Chaos'?
-
• #16517
Some saying that might not be correct
-
• #16518
Watch the Tories rally round to support TMay tomorrow.
-
• #16519
Got an awful feeling that might be the case. JRM just said that he'd support her, despite triggering a no confidence vote himself!
-
• #16520
DUP are grim aren't they.
No confidence will pass.
Like Jo Cherry though.
-
• #16521
Someone her a medal
-
• #16522
My understanding is that such money-dealing Tories support Brexit to ensure the UK is not bound by the next stage of EU anti-money laundering/anti tax haven legislation.
-
• #16523
Not counting on no confidence motion to pass.
So, per Labour conference voting, second vote then? But there is no "deal" (WA is not a deal) to vote on, clearly... And the EU told may to jog on.
So...no GE, no time to try to get another withdrawal agreement...

The Juncker speaks...

Eurgh. Now farage is on c4. Fuck off you gormless twat.
I think the Labour Female MP grouping are playing a shrewd game here.
Brandon Lewis, (Chairman of the Tory Party, no less), showed the Tories cannot be trusted to honour pairings. A proxy voting system is the obvious way forward.
The pregnancy arrangements of Tulip Siddiq may be dismissed by those oblivious to the HoP precedures, but, it will help whoever would change the system, with a piece of concrete evidence.
Brexit may be consuming all the Parliamentary time,
but,
positive changes to parliamentary procedure can be pushed through to the benefit of future MPs.
