So good. Makes me want to make a packed lunch and flask of coffee and head out for lunch somewhere.

Nice!
I have similar one in red, that I was gifted by an old work mate.
It weighs about a metric tonne and it is not quite tall enough for me, but the folding mechanism is very clever imo. -

Trying to work that out. Looks like the saddle and back wheel scissor forwards together?

They do indeed!
I'll try and take some pictures of mine over the weekend. -

Uuuuh! Looks smart with regular spoked wheels instead of the plastic ones!

Slightly reminiscent of a ritchey break-away... literally.
I bought a cheap Dahon-patent-type folder a couple days ago. It’s nice to have standard v-brake mounts and bsa bb threading for future upgrades. Stripped it an gave it a few upgrades: pedals, brake pads, derailleur, freewheel & saddle. I’ll probably change the cranks and the steering column in the medium term future but it’s already quite fun to ride.

i think that belongs to Nathan Barley
Looks perfectly usable to me.
I only have a propane torch - careful fitting and silver solder proved structurally adequate with 10mm steel tube, but bending without kinks (that's never going to sound right) was challenging. Cut and shut seemed to work, but didn't stand much close inspection.
