Looks mental. Clearances especially.
British threads are usully 68mm and IT 70mm I thought
-
• #228
Oops, meant to sale shell is 68mm and threads are Italian. From what I've read, the threads could of been be tapped to Italian for some reason
-
• #229
Cheers.
Yes that's right, mine are opposite which is weird

Having seen this: (pic attached), Ital threading and 68mm shell in an Osca doesn't even bother me.

Osca looks really good. First frame those cranks have worked on!
-
• #232
Wow, a lot of weird things going on there
-
• #233
Cheers! Finally a frame crazy enough for them
-
• #234
someone might have gone a bit ham with the facing tool taking 2mms off
-
• #235
All Romet racing frames came with 70mm bsa shells as a standard and they would rarely be faced to 68mm. Remo Glowno made bb's that would fit them.

Bb sorted, only a chain left to fit. Will be taking it out shortly!

This is my 2nd favourite build of yours after the anchor :) Looking hella good!

the miche one doesnt throw the chainline too out?
ah wait. is it jis actually?
-
• #239
Cheers mate!
-
• #240
Chainline looks fine to me with it. The Miche is the 107mm version, and I think they have an iso taper?
I checked the transmission database and some had done it before and it worked so I went for it
-
• #241
Correct me if I am wrong, but there should be 1mm error in the chainline. Both the miche and the S75 are ISO tapered, however the S75 would give 42mm with a 109 spindle. Which You wont notice.

That probably right, I've ridden it and it's all running smoothly so that's good enough for me

This also pitched up today, I've ordered a tub and glue today. It's stupidly light, it also sounds funny, different to my other discs.
-
• #245
i bet that is interesting
-
• #246
The disc? Going to have to decide what to do about the cog situation, no lockring thread..
-
• #247
Lovely bike! I would throw on a low profile front on it though. Nevertheless new fave rat!

• #248
the seattube angle
