My Midnight Special has a 74° HTA with low trail, which I love riding. It’s a lot of fun off road. So I’m looking for a lightweight version of this frame. Considering custom in the future as everything else seems to be 72° high trail or less.

New Fairlight is 47-50mm ish trail for those who like it low.

You must have got the biggest model!

Yep, and carbon forks with 5mm lower a-c so it’s around 74.4°. Love the handling.

Singular Peregrine prototype. Saw this "in the metal" yesterday and frame looks really nice. No idea how you embed from IG these days... https://www.instagram.com/p/CH5BoGNl7R1/

Looks very tasteful. Must weigh a bomb with that fork though.
I'm intrigued by...those mudguards? Shiny GB ones with SKS stays?

Mudguards are Planet Bike or something.

Is it? Fork look Pm.

Frame is, fork will be. PM fork is just for the prototypes.

Gonna be a good alternative to Crust, especially after Brexit.

Shit British gravel bros say.

How does Brexit influence importing a frame from the US?
-
• #14273
Must weigh a bomb with that fork though
It can't add more than 600g or so, can it?
-

I don't know, talking out of my ass really. Just looks like it has a big fork crown from pics and I've been faranpilled by the fairlight pdf pipeline to believe that unicrown forks are better.

Most recent (i.e. not very) thinking seems to be that a Crust will currently be cheaper after Brexit...

Thought so
