Don't think so... at least he wasn't mentioned as being on here during TCR'15.

The other Stan's rims all seem to be discontinued. Are the Grails the new version of the 380/400s or are they a different rim altogether? Looks like almost nothing is available in 36h anyway which is what I suspected. For the rear I could save time and just get a complete wheel but Scherrit might get upset if he doesn't build it :)

Why 36h instead of 32h? You don't weight much more than I (counting bike&equipment), and my H Son Plus SL42 32h have done many crazy things without a broken spoke. Also you've much more options in 32h like RR 511 db and R 460 db

Because for a little more weight you get a stronger wheel. Durability.

I ride lower spoke count wheels but my builder suggested looking for 36h for a bit of extra durability. Looks like they're rare so 32h will likely happen.

Think the 400's are the new 340's, the grail is stand alone and the only disc brake dedicated Stan rim I could find, and supposed to be aero. They are being built up as we speak so I'll update once I've played with them.

Sl25 in 32 hole works really well for my commuto x bike

Plus it can take road tubeless pressures and unlike a calliper brake wheel set if it does become less than true it won't affect the braking.

I'm riding TCR now. TransAm's no longer possible this year (unless I lose my job sooner than expected...)

Still need to find some disc rims and get them to Scherrit for the build.
