I've had a cold, a boozy weekend and smashed my nuts with a bit of wood at work this week. Doesn't bode well. Probably about 15% not well. Reckon I could have won it in my form of three weeks ago :/

We'll see! I'm not as light as I'd like to be but not toooo heavy... legs felt shit up Swain's on Tuesday but hopefully a bit of a taper will see me alright for tomorrow.
Tbh with all of the fucking about with the start sheet I kinda lost motivation, will just be good to see everyone.

No drilling. Debated it but I've got to ride across London with a heavy bag and I'd hate for it to fail.
Neatened up the bar tape a bit but that's not gonna save any weight.
