If Hippy says so that's good enough for me... 7800 here we go.

7800 groupset with 7900 STI's is the tits. New levers are so much more comfortable on the hands (for me, anyway).

7800 is great. Don't worry about ergonomics, differences are marginal.

This sounds like a good plan! Also cable routing is much more appealing on the 7900 shifters... I think this might be the way forward on this build!

If they could cut the branding out and lose the white flash would be a lot better.
