Found these fat bike full fenders. They are for 26" 4" wide wheels will they fit on 27.5+ 3" ?

I was about to ask re the front rack - did you have to get the mount brazed on especially? I've built a GT monstour/commuter/nonsense-tractor and looking for a rack solution in keeping with the general chunky silliness of the bike...

Can I ask roughly how much the braze-ons were and what the turnaround time is at Quirk? Thanks!
