Not really a building but wasn't sure where else to put it:

That looks like a practical joke more than anything--the drum isn't a permanent feature at the roundabout, so I suspect someone took it there and placed the car on it deliberately:

I wonder what the back story to that is?!

Very nearly killed himself, too bad he didn’t.
Habitual offender who will not change his ways, even after killing someone. -

There's a rumour reproduced in a newspaper I won't link to that a local scrapyard owner suspected an employee of his of metal theft and arranged this as a 'revenge stunt'.

Bloody cyclists, putting their bike racks in the way. Not a clue how you manage this on a 20mph road in the day at a busy junction.

Surprised they don’t have the pop up barriers there?
Those things stop anything.

Pop up barriers are old tech. Moving bollards are what you want, and Downing Street has them https://twitter.com/andywash/status/1567184039261372418

"We were called to the scene at 23.35 to reports of a car going into a property. We sent one appliance to attend to make the vehicle safe.
There were no reported injuries in the crash. We left the scene at 23.56."
Got to admire how thorough their investigation was.

yes, I thought the same!
I did do a quick web search to see if there was any more info or pics from the scene but came up blank. 🤷
the car must have been travelling at quite a speed to do that much damage -

Considering how small this road is, I don't understand how this can happen.
Direction of the car means it comes from the golf club direction, and through metal railings:

Worrying thing about this is that the minimal-looking damage to the building suggests the victims may have been outside and directly in the car's path.

Automatic gearbox, and a crap driver (or perhaps incapacitated in some way) stomps the accelerator instead of the brake. Powerful engine, gearbox optimised for acceleration, 2 tons+ of momentum and before the driver has a chance to react, the tank has done 100 metres at 40 mph :(

“The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene. There have been no arrests.”

Isn't that one of those new defenders? They are everything a car shouldn't be, they represent the pinnacle of cuntishness.

The "official car of Wimbledon" because a tennis competition needs an official car. There's a dozen of them, badged up and constantly driving through Putney often with only one person in
I came here to post this:
https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/harrow-car-collision-pinner-road-man-woman-hospital-met-police-b1080883.html
As is usual these days, no actual reporting by the Standard, just a desultory write-up of the police press release.
While looking for more information on this incident, I found two others that I don't think have been in this thread yet:

This is arguably more of a structure than a building:
