The pixelite stuff is a reflective thread sewn into a softshell material, it's not their commuter hot house garments.
Reviews of this range don't appear to mention over heating.

I've got a sportful gilet. That way you can wear it over whatever you want to wear that day.

If you want REALLY cheap, just buy some Bollé 'Safety glasses' in one of their sportier shapes for £5 and be happy in the knowledge that your eyes are protected from almost any chemical known to man and low speed projectiles.
Cheers. Got these for a little over £5 off eBay.
Gonna look SUCH A TWAT

Yep, used exactly the same for a year or so in the "smoked' version, i.e. very slightly tinted. I can't say at that point my glasses were the part of my appearance on the bike that worried me the most!

I think Proviz use the same kind of embedded reflective stuff that Sugoi Zap jackets are based on. They are more like a normal waterproof.

Like a jacket for legs?
-
• #393
Exactly. Like the really expensive all-in-one waterproof. Just without the coat and massive price.

get some waders

Cheers. Those look perfect. How does sizing work for arm warmers? I am 6ft 3" so I'm guessing small would be too short.

Go medium, unless you've fat wrists. I wear M.
-
• #397
Had a look on google and it seems no where has medium or large in stock, only smalls left.

I think I went for xl which are actually a touch too long but the size down felt like they were going to cut off blood supply to my hands. It was a struggle to get them on.
I'm 6'3"ish as well - guess I must have fat wrists.

Large then.
Sorry! @ChasnotRobert
Have they fixed their boil in the bag problem?
If they haven't then they can't be considered proper cycling clothes.
