I can't see anything from him about a plan, so that page isn't there for him, and I'm aware that some of the conditional formatting isn't quite right yet.

I can't draw fancy graphs, but by my calculations if he can sustain that distance for the year he will win.

The trike - is it fixed gear? I'm sure this would help. Much easier to ride one legged fixed than it is with gears.
