The list of back to back solo Alpine stage breakaway wins tends to a value of zero. Tratnik is just collateral damage.

Does anyone know Adam Yates' race programme? It seems strange that he hasn't raced since Liege, when he was in such great early season form. It is a long break to the Vuelta.

I’d have thought he’d ride a few races between now and the Vuelta. Ineos are down to start the Route d’Occitanie which starts on Thursday, it wouldn’t surprise me if he starts there. Then possibly the Tour of Poland after a three week stint at altitude in July.
