That was the easy side apparently

Basically the same as cycling up the north face of Toys instead of the south face.

i am guessing everyone is a horny watcher daily?
I know I am.

Well I just watched the Zoncolan highlights and can confirm that I will not be riding up that hill ever.
Don't try Angliru then. Makes Monte Zoncolan look flat.

Already on the nope list. Anything with 20%+ at the end can do one.
I love a good long climb apart from that. -
• #34782
Definitely don't do Angliru then...

A choice pic from DQS's upload yesterday, don't often get to see the perspective from the other side of the interviews post-race

Had a memory pop up from 2015 Giro and one of my favourite pictures. Second to the Indurain one.

Looks like a good day to be working from home.
For me and for Caleb Ewan.

The final climb today was scene to one of Bradley Wiggins' finest moments.

I'll try this next cafe stop

Campenaerts a non-starter today, due a leg injury he picked up on stage 16.
He's been very impressive this Giro. He said at the start of the year that he wanted to focus more on getting in breaks and use his TT ability to create opportunities for himself. He's done that superbly well in this race.

I recommend you start with someone else's bike until you've perfected it.

Just like this bloke... make mistakes with someone elses kit...

Heroics attempted or otherwise from anyone today do we think?
-
• #34794
There's less than 3 minutes between second and seventh, so the battle for the remaining two podium spots is going to be intense. Plus a lot of teams still don't have stage wins so will be looking to finish their Giro on a high.

That's what happens when you get your TUEs mixed up and get roids instead of speed.

Contador is tipping Remco for today's stage. Voigt tipping Nibali. Jacky Durand Britain's Seeemon Garre.

Fixed crits, not testing? You'd be on both.
-
• #34798
I was working on that Redhook in Milan, he'd just gone face first into one of the walls on a previous corner
-
• #34799
David did introduce some testing at Redhook, I can't remember which year it came in but they definitely had testers at the last few.

He didn't own that bike either or is that a tall story?
Well I just watched the Zoncolan highlights and can confirm that I will not be riding up that hill ever.
