I think that's an r5 or something. Outer cables for easy mainainence, nice for a training bike. In yesterday's race I saw both S5 and R5 used by JV.

Could also be a former british champion though. Considering the rim brakes (and mechanical groupset?) someone without a contract. It's definitely not Dekker
