Got to make money
They won’t be getting any more of mine if they carry on like that.

I get your point, but they are a small company trying to make a living out of producing a niche magazine in a competitive environment. I like the magazine, but it’s definitely lighter in content now than it was in the early years, which is a real shame.

I think I was more sensitive to it after having the Zwift ad rammed down my throat on Eurosport all weekend. Maybe if they had flagged it up as advertorial it wouldn't have grated as much? Definitely think they should go back to six issues a year as well.

Zwift ad rammed down my throat
and during every frickin' cycling video on youtube.

uBlock Origin is your friend.

Yeah, I stopped using it when I setup my pi.hole but I reinstalled it the last time I complained about their ads.

This was genuinely impacting my quality of life too. At least the new music is less offensive.

Has anybody seen Wiggins’mad rant at Disney?

Can any of the design nerds identify the colour code for Movistar blue?
-
• #25337
This is bizarre.

If he's actually there I can totally relate. Not very appropriate though.

the light or dark blue? a good starting point would be this PMS chart: http://www.cal-print.com/InkColorChart.htm

Tom Dumoulin, now in yellow and black, continues not racing - all the way up to and including Milano-San Remo

Wonder if he was far more injured than they've let on. Could turn out to be a good deal for Sunweb

It's not his leg/knee it seems, it's the 'energy level'. Jumbo Visma DS on tv just now, telling us they're "keeping faith he will do well in TdF & Olympic tt, those are his main goals in 2020"

Would love to see Cav or Greipel get at least one win this year for old times sake. Think the chances of it happening are becoming increasingly remote.
-
• #25345
Greipel is out for 3 months I think. Seems unlikely he'll make the tour in that case.

The Olympic ITT is only 10 days after the end of the TdF and like 6 timezones ahead. I understand his TT rivals, namely Dennis and Evenpoel, will not be completing or competing in the TdF for this reason.

Seems very unlikely but hopefully he can do a Hayman

Alaphilippe is apparently dating Tony Gallopin's ex-wife Marion Rousse who announced yesterday they divorced secretly months ago. How French is that?
-
• #25349
I saw Antoine Vayer post something about that but couldn’t work it out because he’s so cryptic.
I don’t blame Rousse. Alaphilippe is an absolute dish and Gallopin hasn’t won anything for ages.

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives.
Yeah that was good. But not much else...
