I presented my first work on Q Factor years and years ago to UK Sport at their head office in London so they know it's a thing. Initially they'd only looked at it from an aerodynamic perspective but I suspect the UKSI cranks are narrower than normal. I haven't been able to measure them myself

This surprised me, although I'm pretty sure he doesn't keep it outside his house in North Wales.

He should look at those number plate bolts, should be able to save 1% on fuel economy. Marginal gains and all that.

He's all over the Hour Record discussion page on Facebook, filling it with crap about how he can do 600w for an hour, give me loads of money to have a go at the hour record in Moscow, look how much altitude training I'm doing, etc.

My microwave can do 850W for quite a while.. maybe I should enter it into the ring?
