Wd40 works a treat

Yeah, I used GT85, which works better than anything else I've found (including hairspray), but they were still a total bastard. They're so grippy, they don't half tear your hands up if you don't slide them on fast enough. I have a sweet-ass blister across half of my hand to prove it now.

Easiest way of getting grips on is an air compressor. Lbs does it and it takes 10 seconds to fit grips, with no chemicals

Just blast the air into the edge of the grip and the air pressure lets the grip move
