That stuff works, not as clammy as Gore Tex and it stops the rain quite well.

I have a Harrington and am quite happy with it, so bit of a bummer they may be gone.

I've got one, it's a nice jacket and all but I think it actively seeks out moisture rather than protecting against it.

Yeah I had this with my harrington- and I have the rain trousers which have never really been any more rain resistant than those Levi's Commuter Chino's. At this point I decided no expensive waterproof type stuff is ever worth the money and I'd rather do lycra and carry fresh clothes.

FWIW, despite apparent evidence to the contrary, I did a bit of freelance for Vulpine about 4 or 5 years ago, and have had a few business type chats with Nick since, and he always seemed a good guy and I would have liked to have worked with him more. This was all pre-collapse of course.
