  • I've only got 18s, want me to put it in my bag?

  • Yes please, if you don't mind. :) I'll let you know if I'm riding up.

  • Wait, sorry, I've only 16s and a really fucked 17 at hand.
Sorry man, I feel bad, I'll ask on ride if anyone has a spare 19t for you.

  • I think I also have a 18 or 19 cog around somewhere that you could have if Elra can't find something

  • Yes just found a Halo 19t. I'll be at St Pauls around 7 if you want to collect then

  • Ah Brilliant! Thanks a Lot Shelby. I'll be there at about 7.

  • Cool no worries!

  • Riding 50/16 is no joke.

you're gonna feel like a monster upping 3 teeth in the back...

50/19 should be a good time... planning to go back to 52/19 once balance is restored with more dry days than wet

  • What kind of hub do you have?

  • Blb branded one. Dw - shelby sorted me out with a 19Tcog that I'm 99% will fit. Had to ride to St. Pauls on 50/19 Brakeless .. No joke. Don't think I went over 15mph

  • htfu :)

  • (Shut it Indra)

19T cog and 50T chainring have both been fitted now. 50/19 rides like a dream plus 19 skid patches too. Will post some updated pics when I get off my lazy arse.

I am also looking to change the current cockpit of the bike, risers are getting a bit boring now and would prefer pursuit bullhorns. (Cheap ones, innit)

Also would like a better looking stem. (Cheap too)

If you wanna swap for current cockpit, I'm down. /but current one isn't really worth much tbh.

  • any amount of drop will make you faster without exerting more effort from riding position alone

    I say Doeeiiit

  • Do you have an oversized clamp?

  • Nah :(

  • Also looking to swap the seatpost I have on atm for an inline one.

  • New cockpit, coming sooon ..

  • Will probably be too much reach.

  • (I've got long arms innit,) I think 120 should be fine, also the stem I have on atm is 120mm.

Plus I'll be looking to get rid of the layback seatpost currently on it (soz Indra) for an inline seatpost. The setback is about .. 25mm(?)

  • If you run 120 with risers then 120 will be way to long for pursuit bars. a 100/90 would provably be a better fit

  • Aw, shame. I think you may be right, (you too Jan). I'll try it out though, if its too uncomfortable with an inline seatpost, I'll get a shorter stem.

    • You two are probably right, I'm just too lazy to look for a shorter stem.
  • You should decide on what post by your position over the BB rather than reach

  • I have a black 90mm nitto one that would fit, would want £20 for it....

  • IDK aren't you pretty upright with the risers? Might be fine with the 120 and bulls.

what's the TT length on this?
