I have Level 4 this Sunday. Any tips ?

When I did my level 4, during the sprint drill one dude stopped pedalling as soon as he crossed the finish line and crashed on the banking with his momentum taking him to the hoarding at the top before sliding back down again. He passed as far as I could tell...

Sorry I am only seeing this now. Were you in the first (crash) group or the second one? What's the make of your bike?

@keanulooser I was in the crash group, the (supposedly) more advanced one. Bit frustrating that our first exercise was just getting going and the guy just didnt seem to know what he was doing with pushing up the banking. It was almost like he started pushing and then gave up halfway through it because he was tired or just wasnt arsed. Glad I managed to avoid the messiness that it caused.

That was my first L2/L3 with double the amount of people there that were for the previous sessions. It's a bit crap with half the time on the track, compared to before. I am tired now but nowhere near as completely fucked as I was after two hours of nearly constant riding.

Next session I have booked is the one on Dec 17th, so I'll see you then, I'll keep an eye out for you now I know what the bike is. And @Yukirin is booked into that one too.

Level 3 booked for the 25th Jan. I'd better pass, the next available one is in March afterwards!
Also looks like the last hire bike session for me will be the 17th. Bob Jackson is looking likely to roll from January (unless I drink/eat all my money over Christmas)

@Yukirin good luck, hopefully by the early new year we'll have a few more LFGSSCC all fully accredited and maybe book a few sessions together...

Yep, and a road / rail trip to a couple of the other velodromes too!

Both! Well there is a chance my bike may be ready but I won't be able to collect it in time .

So am I right in thinking there are four of us forumengers going tomorrow then? Good stuff.
