Nope, you'll have to buy some or use toeclips. I freecycled some on here, you might get lucky.

Look Keo pedals are used on the bikes.. compatible exustar would probably be ok but that lies with you.
Shoes with Look Keo cleats are available to hire. Or toe clip adaptors can be used. Would always recommend going clip less for a better experience.

I think I've come to the decision that as I need new pedals for the road bike anyway to save some faffing I'll get some Keos anyway.

Just reading the regs on using your own bike for Stage 1 - 4 accreditation sessions. On wheels is states: "the wheels must be spoked (not disc) for all taster and accreditation sessions"
Can any one clarify if this means that just disc wheels are out, or if carbon tri/quad spoke wheels are also out...
Can you borrow/hire cleats there. I use time pedals. Don't want wastage. I reserve that for Friday evenings.
