Really? cause it look like the 52cm Surly, are you certain you got the sizing right?
Yep, steep seat angle.
-
• #253
Yup, look like it's definitely a 52cm, you short arse.
-
• #254
It's one hundred percent the 54cm. I've measured the top tube. It is 550 mm c-c and the ST is 540mm c-t.
-
• #255
maybe you're born with it maybe you're scobl'ed
-
• #256
I highly doubt it is with the tiny head tube and lack of pump pegs that come with the 54cm + bigger.

• #257
52cm Pacer;
54cm Pacer;
-
• #258
Well shit son, you've been scobled!
-
• #259
I'm only partially convinced that you're right. I will measure again when I'm home.
-
• #260
The other factor is that the 54cm have a normal seat angle which would mean that the in-line should have been fine with your saddle.
And the fact that the 52cm come with an extended headtube, whether the 54cm doesn't.
Sorry Jake, look like you done got fibbed at.

This is the wrong thread for this conversation, but looks like you're right. Cake said it was 54cm but that's because the guy he got it from said it was 54. Oh well, it fits me well!
-
• #262
Luckily so! otherwise Xander would come back and said;
that stem is a joke
-
• #263
Not using that stem anyway. Mine is 100mm init.
-
• #264
Exactly, welcome back to the T-Rex Brotherhoods, Brother Jake.

If you're going to be a troll, the least you can do is make it amusing.
Well done Ed.

Or is Ed's Genesis the replacement for this?
Yeah, once he'd found the bone it was all good.
Do you mean because it has quite a steep ST angle? I should be buying a set back, just need to get around to it!
No, the Surly has a 55.5cm long top tube, so ideal size would be 54.5cm effective.
But yeah, super happy that I went to him.
