Hi all, I thought I would put pics of this completely ott Master on this thread. My partner concocted it from a cheap frame bought off Ebay, some wheels from a jumble and the rest from our parts bin. Paint is completely wrong obviously, and decals but he calls it his ' abomination in yellow' and its going into storage as its blocking up our hallway. I think underneath its a Master Piu Krono but I am sure someone here can set me straight 😀

everything is wrong with it, paint, decals, period parts, but the frame was dirt cheap on Ebay, wheels from a Jumble and components from our parts bin, just built for fun, its so OTT its actually quite cool , I think 🤔

Well you know I like it mate! You mustn’t stick it in storage, you need to stick it on the wall so it’s not in anyone’s way. That’s assuming you haven’t filled up all the walls yet with your other countless beauties.

I wonder which one of the two in the photo has the most Colnagos. Must be a close call!

Any event like that gets my vote. Raises the profile of the brand massively by embracing the owners enthusiasm for both the old and new. Sure it was a bit pricey to attend but next time around I guess the more interest they conjure up, the cheaper the entry will be?

I wouldn't mind betting that for 2018 UAE Emirates ditch Champion Systems Kit in favour of Le Col. That'd confirm the Le Col collaboration was perhaps more a strategic move.

That would nice! If only I had a C60 type frame lying around I might have to mock it up in photoshop

Would you go full saronni red or just on the lugs & fork? Surprised they haven't done this

Well thank you Sir, Ania says we won't get the buggy through the door 😂 talking of fine bikes, I have a long way to go to catch up with your fine collection, and I blame you for my financially destroying addiction to Colnago's ( and bikes generally ), hope you followed the ongoing debate about the Nuovo Mexico / Profil as I know you have the definitive Nuovo in your stable,

Ah yes of course, priorities are changing. A new baby that doesn’t have two wheels.
Yes I was reading that with great interest. Most of my bikes came from you in the first place! Imagine if you’d never moved on a bike and kept them all. You’d be in the thousands me thinks.

Does anyone know anything about the Titanio model (the Art Decor as opposed to the BiTitan)? Google seems a bit thin on the ground concerning details.
My primary question is what grade of titanium the frames were made from - Commercially Pure, 3/2.5, or even 6/4?
I'm aware that the BiTitan was known for cracking, mainly due to the design, how are the Art Decor frames in terms of strength/quality?
Cheers

My C40 has cracked at the head tube. Bummer.
Turns out it was only the lacquer. Tidy.
Odd one!
