Had a really bad experience with La Passione recently:

Bought a new jersey a few months ago which I like a lot - nice fit and material, but the zipper has failed. So I contacted them to ask about replacement/refund and they flat out refused to address it and accused me of washing it incorrectly. So now I've gone down the corridor of quoting distance selling regulations at them.

I was going to buy further jerseys and bibs, but now they won't get my business at all. Just lame.

I actually had something similar with La Passione - they simply refused to help with a return. Their attitude was 'most of our customers are happy so we don't see the need to help you.' EU regs & consumer rights? Not bothered.

Hi, I usually wear a size L. Does that mean I can wear an Endura size M? I'm 1m84 (6f1"-ish) 85 kg, jeans size 33-36, longish arms, wide shoulders.

For the 'urban jerseys' / polo things they do (both long and short sleeves) I've followed the size chart and ordered M despite being 6'2/80kg. Fits well, so trust the size chart I'd say.

They're also quite stylish.

I returned a PedalEd Saddle Packable Jacket the other week in size L and regrettably found the sleeves were quite short for me, body was roomy. Returning it was handled top notch. Was a very nice jacket.
