It's like my nan says, "where there's blay, there's clay".
She's completely mental.

I won't try and change the atmosphere of this forum, that would be trying to be a hero and as has been pointed out there are too many around hyearh.
I'll tell you what you want to hear
You hit him, your fault.
You won't get any money unless you have covered your bike on your own, BCC style insurance (or other providers ;) ) won't cover you in this case unless the guy is illegally parked and not unloading.
He could ask you for damages through you contacting the police, could backfire.Shit happens to everyone pal.

Nor is teenage pregnancy, abortion, racism, gender-reassignment, global warming, the propagation of negative stereotypes based on nationality or creed, nor chemical warfare.
Please take your comments elsewhere.
I've got jokes about the propagation of negative stereotypes based on nationality or creed that'd crack you up

Hey,
Had myself a pretty good crash yesterday. I was riding behind a bus when I pulled out the left to find some nob had parked his van in the bus lane and on double yellow lines. I promptly went up a ramp that he had left out whilst making his delivery and went face first into the rear doors. Must have looked great but hurt like a motherfucker and caused a lot damage to my bike. The driver was not around so I took pictures of the positioning and his reg plate number. I then reported it to the police who are going to contact me when their collision headquarters have made a decision as to what action I can take.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of accident? How likely is it that I will be able to claim compensation for the damage to my bike?
Cheers,
Tom

Fair play, luxury rinsage. Exemplary rinsage. How's about we sprinkle a fiver on top a quick Dutch rudder?

Exactly. What a selfish prick, coming here with his sporting good humour and benevolent self-depreciation.
Off with you, and don't come back till you've a massive chip on your shoulder and are having delusions of being the bastard love child of Jesus and Diane Abbot ready to sermonise to the polluted masses.
That said, Flounce Thursday is supposed to be the next big thing...
