Awesome. Aussies and Belgians get along very well.

I'm not sure: Wiggins at times seems very conflicted.
-
• #2333
Actually I'd really like to see him leave Sky, thinking about it.
-
• #2334
I'd love to see Wiggins elsewhere. OGE seems like a good shout actually. TTT would be even stronger ha.

That's not how he came across to me when him and I were in the pub last night.
-
• #2336
You were really in the pub with him?

Wonder if there is any chance opf Wiggins riding the Tour. I reckon Froome will veto it, burning bridges with him with the new book so it seems. Sky often comes across as a very toxic team to be in, more reason to want him to move to OGE.

Given the amount of support Froome got at times last year, I think he'd benefit enormously from having Wiggins alongside him this year.

Wiggins is a lady boy?!
Yep. He confirmed that to me in the pub last night.

It was a Crying Game reference.

Probably but.
Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play. It is bound up with hatred, jealousy, boastfulness, disregard of all rules and sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence. In other words, it is war minus the shooting.

To his credit Froome usually goes 'over the top' first.

Phinney and another rider caught up with a moto that was descending nervously and both crashed trying to avoid it.
Bike had stopped on the corner. Brilliant.

I read that peice: Froome is pulling rank I reckon, Porte is looking good? How exactly? He hasn't turned a pedal in order since LBL. And even when he was he wasn't looking as strong as the year before. If Wiggins doesn't start in Yorkshire it will be down to Froome blocking it, and he'll be getting some boos from the side of the road from me if so.

He's looking good in the sense that he's loyal. They'll know what he's capable of from training so the fitness aspect is less relevant.

Whatever happens it's a great way to get a lot of press for the second Aussie team. Go Team Murdoch!
Racings fucking hard isn't it. Not just physically but mentally. You've got to have more grit than a salt sprayer.
Just look, Phinney, Martain, Stannard... The list goes on, it's a grim sport.
