moar bike??
Yup got that Rychtarski that was floating around for some time. Will replace with the chinese carbon :)
-
• #304
why?
-
• #305
Because 100% better isn't enough.
-
• #306
Did you even ride the carbon?

Tempted by it too, glad that it remains within the forum circle. Always wanted a max or minimax frame, something about the way the tubes are formed makes it a pure art even before it is a bike. The fact that Columbus brought the set back speaks volume of how good it is.

I know that feeling exactly, that's what prompt me on getting a custom all-weather bike than a race bike.

Lovely bike, sits really well. Surprisingly doesn't look 'big' even though it's a 65cm for some reason?
How would one go about getting a stem to align with the bars perfectly? I'm not good with measurements etc..
-
• #321
Thanks mate, I think its just a question of angles
I think I just got lucky that the absolute of the stem drop + headtube angle is exactly 90 degrees (i.e. |-17|+73]...maybe not those numbers, but you see what I mean)! the bar/lever angle only looks right because of that...

Apollo. How are they? I can't stand race blade because of all the rubbing.
better. And Prepare to hate those mudguards.
Why? Do they rub?

They're extremely fickle, especially with the tighter clearance.

I had a set and the rear one decided it wanted to make friends with the front derailleur. I threw it away and vowed never to use them again.

So annoying. None of them really work. Bodging on SKS seems the only way.
moar bike??
