Thanks for the info, but i will back out for now. basically I was thinking of building a cheap tt bike for my girlfriend as she wants to have a go at some club races next summer. However i feel it may be more hassle and more expensive than i first thought! She will have to put up with what she has for now! Haha.

The frame is 2.3kg, the fork is 790gramms
The seat post size is 27.2
This is not the lightest bike frame, but a frame like this can handle everything !STEEL IS REAL!(and the 2,3kg is not heavy).
I took out the fork, and cleaned the head set -now I can see the head set is still in usable condition (steel tange)
COME ON GUYS! this is the second page, it's high time to buy it!!
