Good news for people have already ridden at herne hill
"If you are an accredited rider for an outdoor hard track (e.g. Herne Hill, Welwyn, Palmer Park) you will only need to complete level 3 and 4 of the accreditation process."

How do I prove, that I have accreditation at HHV?

Is accreditation simply the induction + 3 basic?

Induction card?
I don't Understand the obsession with creating an understated jersey, if you want understated just get a plain jersey, there are plenty of different styles and colours out there...
I want an lfgss top to not just be recognisable in the peleton, I want it to be recognisable as I weave between traffic at elephant and castle... I want people to shout DAS from cross streets as my blur jumps a red...
I say baby blue and bright pink! Also +1 for the side panels on the ladies jersey being slimming, if the sales of shark pits are anything to go on we need slimming tops. :)
(All the 'I say's are supposed to indicate it's my opinion and I know it's ultimately totally up to VB)

If we're having separate things for racing and training/social...should the racing item not be a skinsuit? Or is that a bit too pro.
Glad you like my little detail Khornight...psychological mindset can mean everything and feeling like you look super hawt can help ;)

Which is why I'm now definitely looking at 2 jerseys. The highly distinctive one for racing, and the understated commuter/social one.
Does this mean more lists*, or will it be assumed that those who put 'race' by their name will want a race jersey?
I'd still rather have the
social/casual/drunk jersey, and nice and minimalist.
*which is always good.

What about the stripes off the cap running vertically down the centre
Or the Nervex Profssional lug shapes capping the sleeves, like I designed for a t shirt ages ago.
http://www.lfgss.com/attachments/9411d1241085961-nervex.gifOr a black jersey with the LFGSS blue in the Tommy Simpson era Peugeot pattern?

You can naff off with the pink. I refuse to look like a rapha cunt.
-
• #1618
At least you can turn down part of that.
-
• #1619
Well, yeah. Being a cunt is fine, just not a rapha cunt.
-
• #1620
^ So you'd never even wear a cap with a pink stripe?
;)

Hmmm

http://static.lfgss.com/attachments/9411d1241085961-nervex.gifOoooo yes. They can hardly claim that's not distinctive. Maybe a bit of lug-lining?
-
• #1623
Hence... to be distinctive in such a pack we should look at a light coloured base, and really distinctive logo, and thus when a pack of cyclists goes by it's really obvious who the LFGSS rider is.
The rider at the back?
-
• #1624
I'd be easy to spot in a race whatever the jersey colour. I'd be the one at the back.
The rider at the back?
Echo in here is a bit slow

Slow.
Off a bridge.
