does anyone know why the rear wheel rubs when under load? so if im out of the saddle or setting off in a larger gear it rubs ive swapped the skewer for another one and still does it
brake squeeling is awful, like deafening levels of loud, testing it up and down my street was bringing people to their windows it was so loud
other than that its amazing, just need to sort the braking/rubbing out
-
• #405
if i push the wheel towards the brake pads (works pushing it towards either) and rotate the wheel it'll rub
doing the same to my bob, it does the same, but ive never had a problem with it rubbing under load,

Brakes set too close?
Or spoke tension inadequate?
-
• #407
Much power!
-
• #408
if it's really the spokes, it's rather too high tension.
-
• #409
sorted it, just alot of brake fiddling
slight squeek if you press the front to hard suddenly but thats fine, nice and quiet rear
rides stupidly nice, i dont need a longer stem after all, just need a bit of setback on the post, which again was thought It might need as its a 74 degree ST
-
• #410
10-15mm setback should give you enough room.
-
• #411
question is, what seatpost, 3t ones seem to have all disappeared
-
• #412
Have notice that too, Dorico's the best choice.

-
• #416
matching 3t stem and post would be nice.

-
• #417
the post and stem match already!
-
• #418
im not changing the tyres again till i need to, so much effort
-
• #419

-
• #420

Or go for a full Zipp component.
-
• #422
needs black garmin
-
• #423
so solved the squeeling and all felt great riding
however, just went for a very wet 2 mile ride to a friends house and the wet braking performance was absolutely dreadful, is this likely the new ano rims, or new pads?
