Does it have a retaining programme in it? Or do you need to make it up from the exercises.
I need to find one with a training programme, for my brother.

I'm to contact their customer service if I don't get said email in ten working days from when I placed my order, which is a week from this coming Monday
Still in the queue to get picked, one of 893 orders outstanding from that day (as of this morning :)
If you do end up emailing customer orders, cc me in, but it shouldn't come to that. -

I have a KB book at home, like them a lot.
My partner isn't really sold on them ATM sneakily working them in it at the gym 😁

I’ve used multiple different Chinese-branded ones and also some EliteFTS (‘premium’) bands. Couldn’t tell quality apart. Longevity might be a factor but I don’t think you’ll notice a difference.
Just check them for nicks/cuts before use. Snapping bands aren’t any fun.

Where did you order this from? I have a similar designed one I've been using for years but when I tried to find another one to recommend to my friends I couldn't.

Cardio fitness & muscle retention / building.
But more health orientated there are no goals he's interested in, just want to keep healthy.
Was just thinking aside from hiit and weights, good old weight circuits may work too?

Yes, it has a training program. 3 exercise areas: Stablilty, Power & Strength with 15, 20 and 30 min sessions of each.

I'm really annoyed... My block has now closed/banned the use of our private 'gym' space. It's the only space I can use and it's already a pain as I have to cart my weights down.
Fucked off doesn't begin to explain my feelings right now.

Tiny house gym setup: allready had a pullup rack thing with multiple hand positions and a bunch of weight plates. Took a grinder and a welder to my rack while at work this week and made a tiny wall mounted squat rack. Waiting on a better bar and some more plates and need to make some spotter arms and a wall mounted collapable bench next week. Can do all the the mayor lifts and a bunch of accessory work at home now.

This actually awesome!
Though your work might be pissed that you cut up their rack... -

Edited to be clear it was my rack... ;) (non native speaker here)

Haha, I assumed that was what you meant!
Properly good work though. Not sure my paper thin plasterboard walls would be happy with something like that...

All good?
Gyms in NI are still open (thank feck) and my partner and I have been going, he said today he thinks he should focus on being fitter first (his diet can also use improvements but I can help there).
I was going to change our weights plan anyway, as some lifts consistently went up (deadlift) but dips/chins did not, and I think the rep ranges didn't mix well/we overdid some muscles. (and we are both not 20 anymore...)
My first thoughts on that are:
HIIT (gym or outside, as you can do HIIT on a clear enough road when cycling, with jogging/walking and I have 8-20KG kettlebells as well and a tiny lawn to do exercises on/room inside (sorta, watch the sofa)
Up his rep range for a bit to 8-12
Any thoughts/good programs that use weights and other exercises to get somebody's fitness up?
(and I need some HIIT myself too I think, just got a bit lazy/unfitter and nice cycle weather is now definitely over here)
