The bars i'm running at the moment are compact drops, and i have an 80mm stem. After riding it for a while i'll make a decision, as it's far too early to tell yet.

After riding...
Not sure how much riding you currently do. If this new bike means you'll ride more – as your mileage increases, it's likely your reach will too.

Current order if split:
1) Telescope1608/edscoble (?) Not sure who contacted me first as edscoble did "10 hours ago) and telescope at 10:10
2) Morbid -

Afraid the top tube is much too long (usually it's the other way round in Japan 56x54), Telescope can have that bicycle.
Thank for holding it thought.
Even with a 2cm shorter stem my rb002s have a longer reach than the drops without hoods, if I put hoods on I think the reach would be about equal.
Also tho the shape of the rb002s makes riding them feel quite different to drops with hoods (or without) which might affect things.
I think you'd definitely need a longer stem for the drops but maybe you should just test it out somehow before doing anything final.
