La Gazzetta dello Sport wrote “No Passo di Gavia, Passo dello Stelvio, Passo Giau and Tre Cime di Lavaredo for the Giro d’Italia” today, due to bad weather. The organizers are searching for alternative routes with similar difficulties. The routes of stage 19 and 20 will be completely changed.
It is also reported that this morning Stelvio and Gavia were clean and workable, but he problem is the weather forecast on Friday.

These lazy Italians don't deserve a cycle race. If they had any work ethic at all they'd be sending somebody up there to fix the weather or make it go away entirely.

this is mildly interesting, the website's not bad either, some nice reports on each stage. A little reporter centric, but then I don't mind that

Can't have been that bad? You're joking right? Galibier summit is freezing in July when it's 40 degrees in the valley.
This. It's 'ardcore.
25th of July...
You need proper stylin' on the descent..
