alex, what was the name of the software that may enable me to join the different parts of my ride up?

Do you mean that one he has that allows you to reduce the timestamp of each gps fix incrementally so it appears you are faster than you are?
Also, if it's GPX, open in notepad, take out the headers, whack them together and save. (It's a little bit more involved, but if you have a look in notepad you'll prob be able to pick up what's going on).

Four hours riding after work and not even dark. But I did get lost, well kind of, which I miss on TNRC. Garmin says 17.4 for 64 miles to North Weald, but I made that up to Chingford I believe.

So this evening, I learned that the bulge in my tyre that I'd noticed on the train then instantly forgotten about was in fact Babby's First Skid Patch. So proud! But also so confused because I can't actually skid. And also a little bit stroppy because by the time it took me to walk home after blowing the tyre out the bike shop was closed so I couldn't buy another one.
But first skid patch, tho!

thanks for topofusion tip. it edited the three gpx files together like a dream, Do I need to delete the original files in order for the achievements to show on the strava re-up? I wanna keep my TNRC sprint bronze medal!
