Patch does this sometimes to the top of one of my chest of drawers. I stand there watch her suffer until she bets me to take her down. 1 point to the human!

Fed a neighbour's cats, all 4 of them. 4 cats is too many.

First time both cats have been on my lap at once since they were kittens. Much warm, very need a piss. Still, I think that means Jelly has now forgiven Mogget's period of general weakness following his run in with a car and can tolerate his presence.

Picture won't upload, but it's just two cats slowly giving me pins and needles in my feet. They're heavier than I remember.

That's so you can't run away, when they get hungry.

They sure know when you are just about to do your private business = lap sitting time.

Does anyone else cat/cats sleep exclusive on their your legs? Ever since Gabba was a kitten she always sleeps on my legs. Very starnge.

Haven't seen James for over 24 hours now, might have to lock the cat flap again.

Normally, one will be on me and the other with mrs_com. Mogget sits higher up for head scratches etc. and Jelly usually stretches herself out along the length of my legs with her front paws reaching out to my feet.

Taken Schmau to be snipped this morning. Feeling slightly torn (but evidently not as much as him later today).
Photographed his nadgers for posterity and also revenge after the hungry bastard kept me awake most of the night.

Cats be loving the new radiator cover...

There is a new cat in town, which has taken to sitting on our decking by the cat flap. Bloody huge thing my two are not best pleased.
Last night he was sat there so one couldn't get out and the other couldn't get in. This is war.

Anyone know anything about those cat feeder things?
I'm off away for a bit, my housemates are fairly reliable but would rather not leave things to chance. Just wondered if they work ok?
She's an indoor cat and only eats dry food. -

Happy 4th Birthday to my main homie Gomie, still a lovable little shit. Still covering all of my goth clothes in ginger fur.

Have used those, they worked well (you just fill it, then the lid pops up at the time you set).
We talked about feeders a while ago in this thread, you might try a search.

I use this feeder to give mine lunch and for weekends when we are away.
You can program it with times for 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) but if you don't want food given that often, you can turn certain meals off. It has 6 compartments, so potentially 6 meals. The lid rotates to provide access to each compartment.
The main issue is that my cats can open the flap that covers the food, so unless I want them to eat one meal immediately, I have to leave the initial compartment empty.
