Slightly dense power metrics / Training Peaks Q:
I understand what Pa:Hr means, but is it better if the % is negative or positive? Or as near zero as poss? I struggle to get my head around it for some reason.

Noob question
I am running tiarga 4600 crankset.
I am looking to get the pioneer ulterga single leg power meter.
Both are hollowtech 2 bb.
Would they be compatible?

One is black an the other silver, so perfect.

Yeh, read them before, but was kinda wondering if positive or negative is best? I presume positive as that would suggest more power than heart rate?...ie effortless megawattzzzz

tiarga ulterga
Ulterga left rcank will fit on the Tiarga axle without rceating any rgave issues apart from the obvious difference in rbanding.

I did a turbo session yesterday and for the first time in a year of use my P2Max had some dropouts.

For anyone that has had similar issues, what should I be looking at? Battery change was last done at the end of summer, about four months ago, so shouldn't be that.
Interference? The turbo was set up in the usual place and i haven't had this happen before.Any advice greatfully received.

Batt level? Maybe you spun too quick for the P2M to notice... :)

Battery low?
I don't know why I post, hippy is alway there first. He just talks to himself.

Depends how much riding you've done. It's cheap to change and might eliminate the issue.

It's not my daily bike, so probably about 1500 miles or so. I'll change the battery though, as you're right, it eliminates that. Any way of checking battery level in these via a head unit or anything?

There's a light on the case. Is it green, flashing, red?
-
• #6420
Green. Flashes once when cranks first move.

Battery is fine then.

Can we blame garmin?
-
• #6423
Oh shit, you're not using a Garmin are you? Quick, unplug it before it destroys the entire spacetime continuum.
-
• #6424
I'm no expert, but isn't your HR also dropping out whenever the power appears to drop?
I'd blame the head unit.

3.5 hour turbo session? I think the powermeter probably got bored.
How long does stuff normally take to come from p2m? I ordered replacement battery cover screws, rubber plugs and an o-ring about 2 weeks ago. Bit annoying as I'm unable to ride that bike outside until they arrive.
