Been hunting for a crank based powermeter for my crimbo present. Just found myself in a couple insane bidding wars for SRM Rotors. Pretty sure I dont value them as much as the masses now.
I dont mind function over form here. But this needs killing in the face with fire.

Seems most likely.
Very tempted to get a 130bcd. Then buy a separate climbing cassette for t'mountains.

Which TT forum?
The one on here just has you and Hippy having a pepsi v coke flirt fight ;) -

The one I was bidding on on Ebay was 3d+, with less claimed use, and went for £930. Which I dont really have. Especially when I can swap in a P2M for 770euro.

Yeah TTone is overpriced.

And get 110 BCD.
You don't need more than 52 38.
But 50 34 will be great when in mountains. -

Thinking 52 36 now. Very tempted to try the QXL rings. Quite like Q-rings.
Basically trying to wait for type-s P2M, while bidding wildly on anything relavent on EBay. What could go wrong.

Make sure that you drink heavily whenever an auction is coming up to it's conclusion.

I've had the power2max now for a few weeks. Swapping it between 2 bikes which is only a 5 min job with the rotor cranks. Getting used to training with power very quickly and seems easier than doing it by heart rate. So far really happy with it just does what its meant to

Not Ebay purchases. But I have high end, handmade, fat (no really, these things are huge) powder skis. With an expensive boot/binding solution so I can walk to the tops of distant mountains and explore the powder.
That was my drunk interpretation of Mrs Smallfurry saying buy some cheap resort skis so you can help with the kids.

My 1250 dollar SRM bid was somewhat caffiene induced. I dont actually have 1250 dollars.
-
• #1192
I don't have any dollars. I do have a 5 euro cents on my desk though.

• #1193
I'm going to buy my next PM with Bitcoins
-
• #1194
Really? I thought you still haven't bought from Zee Germans because that didn't offer some kind of escrow service.
-
• #1195
No.

Some kid knicked £5 off me yesterday. Thinking it was play money. I'll show him playing, when I sell his scooter.
I need my P2M sent to my parents in the UK. But need to pay for it with a Norwegian credit card. I can see this getting messy.
The P2M I was going to buy on EBay, vanished.

• #1197
Ha I was eyeing that up. Must have had an offer.

I had a complex series of swaps, sales, and purhases lined up. To turn my 3D 110 rotors, with 34/50 Q-rings into a 3D+ P2M, with 36/52 QXL rings.
Then it vanished......

Well if you do decide to bid on something like it. You could always PM me to aviod us being in a bidding war.
Especially if I'm drunk.....

I don't need a 3rd powermeter.
i just want one.I only bid at the last second anyway. With the amount that is equal to the maximum i'd be willing to pay. If I win great, if I lose then it wasn't worth it to me and great.
Powertap. They're a very well known quantity.
