After seeing the replay I'm struggling to sympathise-looks like the usual frustration at missing the boat manifesting in trying to push someone out the way rather than any accidental bar locking... Hope I'm wrong though.

Just did a live screenshot from Eurosport, you can see Gerrans going over after being squeezed between Cav and whoever that was on the inside.

It was a proper shoulder barge from Cav. His fault I'm afraid.

Looks him and Gerrans both were trying to follow Sagan's wheel, both leaning in, fucking disaster.
