Don't have a stuffed badger, only a live one. (sadface)

I'll be in that black dotty morvelo jersey and black bibs and either my LFGSS cap or a Brixton one. I also have quite a few tattoos.
Surely we can just spot General Lucifer by looking for the claw, right? A tweedy claw if needs be.
What time do you recommend getting to Lufguss Hill Luci?

Do any 5 other people want to do this?
My friend who was supposed to be riding with me has somewhat bailed...you could come from now and stay till monday btw :) - it's all kicking off here already, all the team cars are cruising round town! quite exciting

The Claw will be fully operational!
I'm not sure about time - I'll be there from about 9am, I reckon, unless I fancy setting out really early. It'll take me a couple of hours to ride out there from my gaff. I don't want to miss the Tour Caravan though! I'll draw blood from a child for a keyring and a bidon.

You don't want to know what I'd do for free Haribo and a Carrefour cap :(

We have so little dignity. So easily bought, so easily sold.

So where are people watching it in London?
Also northern viewers, make sure you drink some Ilkley Ale, it's amazing stuff.

I can't decide; I was going to ride up to Moreton, but Bruno's venue is also very tempting.

So where are people watching it in London?
I'm going to Green Park as I actually want to see the race finish and the large screens at the "spectator hub" will do that for me whilst allowing me to sit out in the sun, soak up the atmosphere and have a drink.

I'd already figured that I don't want to watch it in town, too many people for me.
Woodford Green Cricket Club is seeming like quite a good option.

So my brothers stag is in York to coincide with the depart. Denizens of York can you recommend some decent pubs? Ta

I was thinking around Lea Bridge road might be better.
also it is not a great road surface, could be fun to watch. -

I'll be heading up for stage 3 by myself as everyone I know either has no interest or is working. Be good to meet some forum chaps for a beer or something..

anyone interested in the flat in harrogate? some people on facebook were interested but have gone cold, would rather have someone from here on it for less than have it go on gumtree - offers?
Random but my flat i rent out was mean to be occupied but the new tenant isn't moving in till the 8th now due to bereavement
This has cost me money to have it empty but the silver lining is that i am in harrogate and it's tour de france week!Anyone need somewhere to stay during the tour de france? I have a 1 bed flat with no furniture in it, a shower and kitchen - if you wanted to crash there with sleeping bags it could easily hold 6 people with bikes and its available from now until monday - much more dignified than a campsite / bivvy bag / sleeping in the bushes.
Central harrogate less than 1km from the finish line on the first day, 50metres from the race route second daywas thinking **£300 **for whole weekend, if there is 6 of you (you could easily squeeze more as you have 2 double bed sized rooms) it's mega cheap for harrogate accommodation this weekend i think and it covers my loss of the flat being empty for the past 3 weeks
pm me if you're interested

Apols if this has been covered elsewhere but anyone got any idea if cycling on the roads that are going to be closed will be allowed/tolerated?
-

I'm now camping with my wife, parents, sister, brother in law, niece and nephew in Hawes. I plan to have my Rollapaluza cap on if anyone spots me.

Bikes can ride the closed roads up until the caravan comes through then you should be able to get back on until the advance police escort comes through.
