Ok so i've finished fiddling with this, It's so much easier to ride now and I feel more comfortable having sealed bearing wheels. Though I know some of you will hate bits of it......(*ahem*thomson)

What ya do with the other wheels?

Sold them on I'm afraid, they definitely weren't rain proof! Also I always had a nagging fear that I would fuck them up.

Another day another build... ha. I NEED some dark rimmed wheels for my cafe bike. Note Cafe, not pub. Smug pub or Cafe... not Dalston, so can be nice wheels...

Really liking it with the mavics. Personally not loving the thomson, i recon a black anodised campag post would look stunning on it though

Campy record ti post and itm Krystal ti stem - unbelievable reduction in road vibration!
When I'm next feeling flush I may put drop levers on and build a new wheelset
