• Will do, but then I need someone to bikecad it up for me in exchange of money/beer.

jacek will do this for you

  • if only it was fixed hub gear;)

Sarcasm? Electric SHIFTING with a fixed gear hub, lol.

  • Fixed hub-gear, not fixed-gear hub. A Di2 S3X would be epic.

  • ^

  • nah brah SS/geared FTW

  • bitten the bullet and have emailed/had chat with andy/jammy :)

  • For a custom build through TF?

  • ^ yea most probably, they are doing a CX frameset based on the dart this year anyway (canti not disc)

  • Let me know the deets in PM if need be when you get somewhere,

I'd be v interested in a dart with canti mounts, or something similar to last years cargo dream machine.

  • Bike fit done, jammy is drawing it up in cad today he reckons it'd take a max of 8 weeks from start to finish #CantWait

Diff between my current riding position and the better (bike fit) one merged into 1 photo:

  • Who will actually be building the frame?

  • ^ tfg

  • Yeah, but I mean who specifically? Or will it be in a factory in Asia?

  • factory in asia will be buying this as a frameset with full carbon disc fork :)

  • Could you pm me the cost? if you have one

  • Also interested ^

  • so this has been sent to the framebuilder (that TFG is using) in far east:

Possibly going for this colour scheme:

    #excited

  • Subscribed.

Why BB30? Do you like pain?

IMHO it's the worst possible BB standard for a commuter / off-roader.

  • retracted from BB30, forgot to mention

  • Sensible!

  • also having pain sourcing straight 1 1/8th full carbon fork that doesent break the wallet. The only contender so far is Kinesis DC37 any more suggestions?

  • Have a look at Jame's commuter-cross thread - he had the same issue. There's not a whole lot choice. Think he went with the Kenesis.

  • or the Lynskey ones which dont look as anti as Kinesis

  • If you're bored of it, sell it to me, headtube and top tube look idea.

Are you going for tapered or not? I'd suggested the former as it give you wider choice of fork.

  • Worth it or not? Heavy as fuck! 1.9KG approx for everything

Not too bad, it's just the weight will be more centered than a full derailleur groupset which incidentally weight similar with similar range (11 speed have a decent range).

    Look at the other (bear in mind they included brakes and crankset);

Complete group weights from lightest to heaviest:

    1. Sram Red, 2145.6 grams
    2. Campag Super Record, 2154.9 grams
    3. Campag Record, 2263.7
    4. Shimano 7900, 2277 grams
    5. Campag Super Record EPS, 2285.4 grams
    6. Shimano Dura Ace Di2, 2350.6 grams
    7. Sram Force, 2435.60 grams
    8. Campag Record EPS, 2482 grams
    9. Shimano Ultegra DI2, 2619.3 grams

    From here.
