Is it missing a seat collar ? Or does it have some kind of trick integrated seat clamp.

the most worrying thing about that is that it looks like it was taken in britain.

usually you see a bike like that and can at least console yourself that it's american. the chances of seeing it in person are minute, and you have the vague sense that you were no part of the culture that spawned it.

I was about to start defending that and then realised that with the things you'd have to change to end up with something remotely decent, you'd have more or less a whole new bike. Having said that, I think the f+f with less shouty parts could be fun.
