At the moment I don't have any ruler to measure real A-C distance ... will do that tomorrow )

woodz,
My stock pomp fork is 390 A-C.
The kinesis fork was a major improvement and i'd put that down to the weight saving.
I haven't noticed anything negative about it at all. The bike handles well enough for my commute! -

that looks light! Have you weighted it? Why the transparent spacers?

Why the transparent spacers?
They're lighter....obviously

Those Kalloy stems with the angled bolts are really very, very good for the cash.
/cool story.
^that one... why not flip it for some rise?

My P2s were 395. Went from them to Kinesis DC37s at 405 and didn't notice any real difference apart from weight.

plus one, can You say what frameset are you using?
-
• #1913
My requirements of Matt ud finish disc only with PF30 or BB30 led me to this
http://www.speedercycling.com/Carbon-Bicycle-Disc-Cyclocross-Frame-FF-R014-_p32.html
Easy to deal with :)
An American company(Asylum cycles)are using same frame with a Columbus fork and PF30 BB
-
• #1914
Why would you choose to have bb30?
-
• #1915
Because you can get an Eccentric BB to fit in it.

if the hood design was shorter and steeper would get those.

Cheers, definitely food for thought.

I was aware of the hood length before purchase but I really wanted full hydraulic's(ss only) and these are the only choice on the market(I'm sure) so happy to take the plunge..
Must say they felt bit funny at first but 10mins in I forgot all about it (only 10mm)
I flit between 9 speed and 11 speed hoods across few bikes and i can't say I notice it ...
She's now stripped again and off for decals/lacquer :)

Work in progress, TRP Hylex feel superb so far, hoods are actually very ergonomic, you get a lot of them! look long now, but in reality not that bad, and I'm sure with tape will look better - 8.9kg!: http://www.lfgss.com/thread121381-2.html

They also said it's 400mm A-C, On-one is hardly reliable when it come to geometry.
