Did anyone notice that as well as Noel Street we also went along Snow Hill EC1, Star Street W2 and Three Kings Yard W1?

I noticed star street, can't remember who I mentioned it to though, John, thanks again btw, great intro to forum rides, it's also motivated me to try fixed wheel cycling again, (didn't think I was fit enough), but after cruising with all you hipsters last night made me want to try again, I'll keep u posted, & any tips would be most appreciated :)

No Apollo, didn't want to wipe out on my 1st forum ride, & I was until today, a free wheeling single speed man, hate all that faffing about with gears, & now to take on learning the art of fixed wheel riding, its gonna get messy lol

I can't skid at the mo lost a spoke & now my back wheel has developed a bit of a shimmy, anyway didn't want to draw attention to my half ton beater, as I was drooling at the machinery on show last nite, lol

Good ride, good company, good lights. Cheers John.
I'm enjoying everyone's photos. I'd forgotten about the light canopy on those small lanes in the city, gave a sort of "under water" feel to the alleyways.
So, same time next year?

My head is still there, thanks. After the accident I've started to speak fluent Mongolian.
Well I really enjoyed the ride last night. Pleased to have met some of you I hadn't met before and chuffed that I caught up with some of the old school crew who I've seen too little of late.
I was a tad disappointed that I hadn't got the ride to Hyde Park a few minutes earlier to see this:

And for the same time reasons I dropped an entire loop into Knightsbridge!
A Memorable sight was the arches of blue light in South Audley Street where (artificial) snow drifted over us (pumped from the nightspot's window); tired and emotional santas; the convocation of stretch limos in Lincoln's Inn Fields and hearing ' Little Donkey' delight the residents of Bayswater. And special thanks to Katy for baking, bringing and distributing her home-made mince pies !
Dimi: hope to hear good news following your scan.
