Proper post: massive thanks to John, your fears were unfounded and you were a great leader. The odd detour was understandable!
I forget everyone's names, but thanks to the guy who lent me an Allen key, lifesaver! Would have lost a crank otherwise..
Hope the meal was good!

After the tunnel when catching those guys up, going between the cars in stationary traffic at speed was one of the most enjoyable bits of cycling I've done in ages.

thanks John for the route, a lot of surprise lights for me, quite close to my regular haunts. thanks for laying on a mild and dry night too. great company along the way,and noone dropped and no p*nctures. i had to bail early to rejoin a pub crawl that i had come from beforehand, pity to miss the meal and some more festive forum love.
sorry to hear about dimi - mend quick. and awesome skid through that restaurant seating. i lol'd

Thanks again John, and everyone else, for a lovely evening.
Did anyone record the route?
Yep but you'll have to ignore my ride in and out I'm afraid...

Unfortunately this year's 'tronning' seems to have me placed on top of an adjacent building so I'll have to shamelessly repost last year's image...

Thanks all for the ride and your support. I'm fine, sitting in the hospital now to get a proper scan of my brain. Some of my memory came back to me and, I think, I've hit a pedestrian, that stepped out in front of me all of the sudden, I landed on my back, hitting my head.

Shit dude! They didn't stick around to check you were ok? Heal up soon.

at least you came to Lexington and had a boom night that went out with a bang after a bump... :P
Did you make Dom wear a nurse's costume today?

Heal up soon, Dimi, and I hope it's nothing serious. Losing consciousness and temporary amnesia aren't good symptoms.
