So close to awesomeness.

I'm really tempted to get another Mielec. But with that and the Harry Quinn, and the Principa, and the other road bike, not sure what it'll actually do.....

Custom geo by the dude that ordered the bike. 75'ST and 76'HT iirc. Had the pleasure of wrenching some stuff on this, rear end looks even beefier irl.

The bike's also featuring the misdrilled Alpina-s posted on this thread a few months back. :)

Edit: did already reccommend destickering and a less sexual chain. Said he'll consider.

i believe the camera made the angles look ridiciouls. it's not a tarck bike though. should be a hub geared 26" with disc brakes, extended seat tube, cable guides, rack mount.

is extended st for stiffness? aesthetics?

obviously it reduces the usable range...

but sure you can chop it down quite easily if required

extended ST mainly for stifness cause I'll go for a carbon seatpost, but I kind find the aesthetics also pleasing. No particular reason for curved downtube, just wanted it to look a bit different then other triple T mielec bikes...

Things that bother me is the unnecessary tightness with seattube and probable(?) toe overlap, but will be happy to see the results as it will be out of any geometry standarts

yes, it's super-short with the ~54 tt cc vs. 61 st cc ratio, but that's exactly what I would like to try out.
the tightness at the rear is only valid with the wheel in the innermost position, it would be more relaxed in reality, when the chain is a bit longer.

do you think the tt might actually be TOO short? I am 6'2", but not the youngest around, i.e. I like it a bit more upright, that's why it's so compact.
