what headsets work for the mielec?

Depends on what you order, integrated or non.

So headset and frame correspond... brilliant concept.

i'm going to order with integrated, sorry i wasn't specific.. I just wondered about sizes because i saw people were having problems

45/45 campy, although they might be able to do others if you want.

Yeah, had mine on the dun-run. Raw triple with double bottle mounts on the back. I'll see if I can find a more recent pic of it.

I've now bought a Pinarello Pista (in pink - http://www.lfgss.com/thread110336.html ) so I will be selling my Mielec shortly.

I thought I would give the heads' up to people on this thread first.

Triple Triangle 56cm slopping top tube (I'm 5ft10 and it is set up for me).
The sweetest colour - RAL4010 + rainbow sparkles clearcoat. 'Full options' Mielec: Integrated headset, smooth welds, ride brake bridge and 'Vince' stamped on the BB shell.

I just need to put fresh bar tape on it and it's ready to go. I've removed the CUNT stickers and replaced them by SLOW// ones so the bike is now PG13.

Price wise, I need to think about it as the bike hasn't seen much use and I've spent big money on it.

Hard to price really. Obvs much less than RRP and less than it cost me to put together.

I know I will regret selling the 3T forks.
And the M:Part Elite headset.
And the EC70 carbon seatpost.
And the Omniums.

Not the Flite though as I never liked it...

Hey there. I just purchased a second hand Low copy. I've seem to have heard that Sram Omniums and Mielec doesnt seem to like each other. Is this true? I have seen plenty of Omniums mounted on Mielecs though.

I'm having trouble with the stock black Langster cranks on a Shimano UN55 which I think is the right length for "normal offset". I think I need another 0.5mm for the chainring bolts to miss the chainstay, maybe 1.0mm for comfort.

Gonna see if I have any 1.0mm spacers from my external HT2 BBs, as soon as I find my crank puller again.

Took a bit longer than expected but it's finally here! Working from home today so updates to follow...
