  • (nit picking here) Yes a league table with columns of
    Played | Won | Draw | Lost | For | Against | Goal Diff | Points
    would be great.

All of that is there, except for For and Against. There you have to click on the team name to see their results. But I'll mention it.

  • Killer Bees vs Dark and `Stormy 7pm Newt 6th December.
    #cocktails!!!

  • I can't seem to add to calender.

  • your going down B

  • Both those games added to the calendar

  • thanks john. The amount you smash into people, i imagine i will 'go down' at least once.

  • hahaha

  • I'm still waiting for a result (for both games)

Ah, good point, who was reffing? Jordan, kev?

  • Jordan. I was just shouting out times to players, and giving scorers and times to him.

  • Hmm, I'm not so sure Jordan's going to be spending much time on the internet in the next 7 days!? :)

  • He'll come through.

  • just emailed jordan. who reffed the goons game?

  • I thought it was Beagle and Kev...

  • Prawnger had the deets last I saw.

  • My bad... Badger was reffing, innit?

  • Yes. Note your result against us isn't shown, as it's a round 4 game, and we "are still playing round 3". It's feedback I've given Vince, and hopefully something he'll change in the future, with a dedicated round robin mode.

Cool. That's what I was pondering. Cheers HizzleBizzle

  • Nah not me TS. Cam started reffing that one but gave up after ten mins or so. Lightweight.

  • So I gave my sheet of scores to Cam to ref the Goons v. Bees game with. Either he still has it or Badger does.

  • Yeah the scores will come

  • Killer Bees vs Dark and `Stormy 7pm Newt 6th December.

Do we have a ref for tonight?

  • Kev are you around? I know Louis said he would possibly drop by at 'some' point.

  • Probably not, have to pick up some money off Crumb, but have to go home and do other stuff... sorry...

  • Massive props to Louis for reffing tonight (ably assisted by the glamorous rickster in the first half)... Close game that finished 19-16 in Killer Bees' favour...
Pats on the back all 'round, it was well wet and nippy out there tonight...

  • This. Good vibe and well played by all.
    Cheers Louis

  • No problem.

    Game went like this:
Game started very nervously with a lot of the ball being controlled by dark and stormy, while the b's sat back with a few fast attacks, first goal was one of these b breaks, with bogie scoring at 4:21
    1-0 B's
Play carried on like this with d+s controlling the ball, but the bs defence holding out until the sixth minute when Antonio scored twice once at 6:19 and again almost exactly thirty seconds later.
    2-1 DS
There then followed three minutes where the game threatened to descend into slightly edge of rule stuff... A better ref probably would have made a call, I waited till a fairly obvious dolphin slap which I called on nic, who proceeded to score the next four goals for DS (10:15,11:30,13:00 and 15:40), during which time bogie and b scored one each (11:00 and 15:18 respectively)
    6-3 DS
Play settled down and it started to look like booth teams were controlling the ball and making searching attacks in equal measure. With only one goal each from Antonio and Bogie in the next five minutes (17:23 and 20:17)
    7-4
Another goal from bogie at 22:30 brought on a period of play were I think Jacob really shined, he harried DS attacking high up the pitch and working very hard, it could also be that DS's lack of stubs was starting to show as after a goal from Felix at 24:30 the Bs scored three unanswered goals first from Shaun (who's part in b's game is probably going to be understated by my description), then B and finally to end the half Bogie (25:30,27:30 and 32:30)
    Half time 8-8
